How much do your accounting and tax services cost?
Our pricing depends on your specific needs—whether you are an individual with a simple tax return or a business requiring full bookkeeping and compliance services. We offer transparent fixed-fee pricing for most services. Book a free initial consultation and we will provide a clear quote with no surprises.
Do I need to come into your office or can we work remotely?
Both options are available. We have a modern office in Kotara for face-to-face meetings, but we also work with clients across Australia via phone, email, and Zoom. Most documents can be shared securely online through our portal.
What if I am behind on my tax returns or BAS lodgements?
Do not worry—you are not alone, and we have helped many clients get back on track. We will work with you to catch up on overdue lodgements, communicate with the ATO on your behalf, and set up systems to keep you compliant going forward.
Can you help me if I have already lodged my tax return with another accountant?
Yes. If you believe there were errors or missed deductions, we can review your return and, if necessary, lodge an amendment with the ATO. We can also take over your ongoing tax and accounting work moving forward.
Do you work with Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks?
We are Xero certified advisors and work extensively with Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks. We can help you set up your software, migrate from spreadsheets or another platform, and provide ongoing bookkeeping support.
What is the difference between a tax agent and an accountant?
A registered tax agent is authorised by the Tax Practitioners Board to lodge tax returns and communicate with the ATO on your behalf. An accountant may provide broader business advisory and financial reporting services. Our team holds both qualifications, so you get comprehensive support.
How soon can I get an appointment?
We typically have appointments available within 3-5 business days. During peak tax season (July–October), availability may be slightly longer, but we will always do our best to accommodate urgent requests.
What documents do I need to bring to my tax appointment?
For individuals: your previous year tax return, income statements (PAYG summaries), receipts for deductions, private health insurance statement, and any investment or rental property records. For businesses: profit and loss statements, BAS summaries, bank statements, and receipts. We will send you a detailed checklist when you book.
